Not Sure Where to Start?

Honestly, most people don't know what they need until they try a few things. We offer a free trial class in any program so you can get a feel for the vibe, meet the coaches, and see if it clicks. No pressure, no sales pitch - just come train.

What to Expect When You Join

Assessment

We'll figure out your current level, any injuries or limitations, and what you're trying to accomplish. Takes about 20 minutes.

Program Match

Based on your goals and schedule, we'll recommend the programs that make the most sense. You can always adjust as you go.

Start Training

Show up, work hard, and trust the process. The coaches will scale things to your level while still pushing you forward.

Common Questions

Nope. We've got complete beginners starting every week. The coaches are used to working with all levels, and we've got enough advanced members that you'll always have training partners at your skill level.

Athletic clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a towel. For striking classes, bring hand wraps if you've got 'em (we sell them too). For BJJ, you'll need a gi eventually, but we've got loaners for your first few sessions.

Absolutely. Most of our members train because it's challenging and keeps them in shape. Competition prep is there if you want it, but there's zero pressure to ever step in a ring or cage.

For beginners, 2-3 times a week is solid. You'll make progress without burning out. As you adapt, you can ramp up to 4-6 sessions. Listen to your body - recovery matters just as much as training.

We've got everyone from 16-year-olds to guys in their 50s. Different ages, different goals, but everyone's there to work. The culture's respectful and inclusive - ego gets checked at the door.
